Fire Support Services

Georgetown Fire Support Services ensures that quality services are provided to the community by directing and supporting all divisions in the Georgetown DSC_0031Fire Department. This administrative team consists of the Fire Chief, Training Battalion Chief, Fire Prevention Captain and one Administrative Supervisor and one Office Specialist. Their direction and support are provided through an emphasis on open command participation from all levels in the decision making process. This ensures proper planning, coordination and oversight of department activities.

In order to ensure the efficient daily operations of the fire department, Georgetown Fire Support Services provides budget management, technical assistance and interdepartmental coordination.  Other administrative duties include: records requests, coordinate the acquisition and delivery of all materials and equipment used at the fire stations, payroll processing, as well as managing clerical duties and special projects for the department.
