Request for Fire Report
- All request for GFD Incident reports must be in writing with the Requester’s Signature.
- Incidents occurring less than 1 week before the report date or older than 3 years are considered to be “not readily available information” per the Texas Open Records Act. Labor charges may be applicable for researching this information.
- A GFD agent will endeavor to provide the requested information with ten (10) days from time request was received.
- Completed “Request for GFD Incident Report” forms maybe faxed ( 512-930-3613), U.S. Mail, office visit pickup, or email at fire@georgetowntx.org
