Administration

The Administration Division ensures that quality service is provided to the community by directing and supporting all divisions in the Fire Services Department. Direction is provided through an emphasis on open communication and participation from all levels in the decision making process, which ensures proper planning, coordination and oversight of department activities.

Support provided to all divisions, includes: customer relations, reception, administrative tasks, maintenance of records and automated data, budgeting, and tracking of statistical information that helps identify service needs and trends.
